Business Management
This program features a selection of case studies from Harvard Business Publishing, inspired by the first-year required curriculum at Harvard Business School, taught by our highly distinguished One League faculty members.

Generative AI & Data Science
Offered in collaboration with the MIT Institute for Data, Systems, and Society, this program equips professionals with essential, hands-on skills to drive impact through data science and generative AI. The program offers the opportunity to learn directly from MIT teaching staff as well as attend exclusive MIT IDSS events and seminars.

Entrepreneurial Innovation
The One League Entrepreneurial Innovation fellowship features courses from the Business Innovation Program from Stanford Online, paired with live online classes led by One League faculty. Whether you’re at the idea stage or looking to scale, starting a new company or driving innovation within an established organization, this fellowship will provide the necessary, hands-on skills to drive real, scalable impact.

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Complete the Business Management Fellowship, serving as the required curriculum for the program, and choose between the Generative AI & Data Science or Entrepreneurial Innovation Fellowships to receive a graduate-level Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from One League. Fellowships may be completed in any order preferred; continual enrollment not required.

Umaimah Mendhro
Founder & President
Umaimah Mendhro, Founder & President of One League, grew up without access to formal education for much of her life in rural Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, where she lived in exile. Umaimah went on to attend Cornell University and Harvard Business School, graduating with highest distinction (Baker Scholar, top 5% of class). Umaimah is also the Founder & President of VIDA & Co., formerly backed by Google Ventures and Y Combinator, currently a multi-million dollar public benefit corporation.
Umaimah has worked at Microsoft, McKinsey, and West where she led projects with Twitter, Dropbox, and Square. Umaimah is a Venture Partner with Halogen VC, author of select Harvard Business Review case studies and Forbes Op-Ed pieces, and she holds 13 patent awards. Umaimah and VIDA have been recognized by Fast Company for the World Changing Ideas Award and by CIO Magazine as one of the Most High-Impact Leaders Making a Difference in the World.
